Below The Radar – Closing the Loophole on Interstate Firearm Sales Act

Washington D.C. – -(AmmoLand.com)- To anti-Second Amendment extremists, anything that allows a law-abiding American citizen to exercise their Second Amendment rights is a “loophole.” Second Amendment supporters, though, often find people questioning this mindset – often because they don’t know the current laws, how little they are enforced, or what anti-Second Amendment extremists ultimately want to subject this country to.

    1. Well...

Here is the 'lawful' definition of 'shall':
      https://thelawdictionary.org/shall/

      Synopsis:
      * In some circumstances, shall is mandatory. In other situations, shall is a suggestion along the lines of 'may'.

  2. "Blame the other side for what your guilty of", Goebbles. If Democrats stopped shooting people gun violence would drop by 90% so instead of owning up to their crimes they create gun grabbing scams.

The 2nd Amendment is the only common sense gun law needed!!!

  3. Those laws are annoying and completely pointless. When I get on the interstate near my house, either direction I go I can be in another state in less than 45 min. But if one of them has what I want, I gotta pay them to ship the thing to an FFL in my state.

Kinda funny, too. I have an enhanced carry permit that allows me to buy firearms without the NICS check. Just fill out the paperwork and walk out, and the guy I use only charges 10$. But if they let me buy what I wanted in another state, they’d obviously have to do the background check, which in the minds of gun grabbers should be deemed to be safer.

  6. What other right do we have that is constrained based on the state? Can you imagine the frothing at the mouth response the leftists would have if you could only legally get an abortion in your state of residence?

An ex-friend objected when I linked her right to stop a beating human heart with my right to own a firearm. I pointed out that she was correct, it was an unfair comparison. She fears that my firearm will stop a beating human heart, but we know that her abortion will.

  7. Maybe democrats should spend on closing loopholes in election laws.

  8. The 2020 "Election" will come to know as the watershed event of the 21st Century in America.
It isn't just presidents and senators that are getting fraudulently elected, laws and more importantly Constitutional Amendments are decided at those crooked polls too.
They needed a constitutional amendment, the 21st to overturn the 18th amendment banning alcohol.
The Second Amendment's nullification is being programmed into the damned machines now.

It's the "will of the people".
