Driver high, set to 'prove he was God' in crash that killed Washington woman

PUYALLUP, Wash. (KOMO) — A driver who is accused of causing a high-speed crash that killed a Puyallup, Washington mother Sunday morning was high on drugs and didn't even realize he had been in a crash, according to prosecutors.

When asked by the deputy how the crash occurred, he replied, "what collision?" according to prosecutors. Deputies noted the driver had visual signs of drug impairment, investigators said.
