Getting closer.....

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Tennessee's bill that would allow for permitless carry of a handgun in the state has passed another step in the General Assembly.

What is commonly called "Constitutional Carry" passed a state house criminal justice committee on Wednesday.

  1. I wish y'all the best of luck in this, if it passes that'll work for everyone who is a freedom loving American. Also at present, since I let my overpriced, over regulated La permit go I can't legally carry in Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Arkansas yes but not Tn. smh. Maybe one day soon we'll be able to rob the La State Police millions of dollars in easy funds by passing Constitutional Carry in the the Bayou State.

  2. Supposedly, it's headed to the House floor next week. I'm skeptical; I think this is going to be another "Ooooh! You almost had it!" year.
