Key ‘Oath Keeper’ granted pretrial release as prosecutors find no evidence of wide-ranging conspiracy to storm Capitol

A US judge has ordered the release of retired Navy officer Kenneth Caldwell, accused of being part of an Oath Keepers militia plot to invade the Capitol, pending trial, as no evidence to back the conspiracy claims has turned up.

Judge Amit Mehta said that Caldwell did not enter the Capitol building, nor was there direct evidence of him trying to force his way in.

Yet they're keeping Joshua James in jail even though they have no evidence against him, only cell phone pings that indicate he was in the area along with everybody else in the DC area.
While I'm on the subject, donations to his family keep rolling in. You can find his donation page HERE.

  1. Thank you for the update. I'll send more to SGT James and his family as I can.

  2. All of this will be like the Russia, Russia, Russia persecution, and when it's over, Democrats and the media will still be saying, Russia, Russia, Russia.

  3. And black block actors are still attacking federal buildings with little to no recourse. There are two sets of laws now.
You know they will not be happy when The Saxon Wakes the Fuck up. If that lazy bastard ever does.

  6. Thanks for posting Ken. I am saddened to read there are hundreds of people that have been and/or will be arrested for Jan 6. Seems strange the antifa black loafs matters people that apparently did the most damage are the very ones that are questioned and let go. Yet someone who merely was in the vicinity wearing a specific shirt is swatted and held without bail. I’m just sorry I can’t donate to all those patriots in need. If we all spread the word and everyone donates at a minimum of $5, then there should be plenty of money to help. And yes I donated already.

  7. Nothing says peaceful transition of power like rounding up supporters of your political opponents for show trials.
