A rapper and fashion mogul out of Philly found out the streets of New York are no place for a Hummer with a roof-mounted long gun — even if it’s just an air rifle that shoots promo T-shirts.
The device was even removed from the Hummer and vouchered as evidence. I'm surprised they didn't seize the truck and all and do a search for more evidance. Daryl
I'm guessing that the barrel of that thing isn't even rifled, which would make the charges an inaccurate description of the 'crime' and therefore invalid.
It's true, I live 30 miles north of Phila. Air guns and bb guns are illegal in Phila.
ReplyDeleteHowdy neighbor! I'm in Collegeville.

Shithole Philly, go figure. Cool idea though.
ReplyDeleteSorry guys but go read the link, this was in New York City, not Philly!! grayman
ReplyDeleteLove the NY Posts' tongue in cheek reporting. "the vehicle’s massive, four-foot-long air rifle somehow caught the eye of cops."
