GATLINBURG, Tenn. (WATE) — A bear had to be trapped and tranquilized in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park Sunday after the animal was getting too close to humans who were trying to feed it peanut butter, wildlife officials said.
These are the same type of people who feed chicken to gators here in Florida. Even standing in front of signs stating it’s illegal, people still do it and think the law doesn’t apply to their actions.
Just an FYI.....black bears are fine to eat. I won't eat a coastal black bear that feeds on dead rotting salmon and skunk cabbage, but an interior black bear, which are largely vegetarian, are a great animal to eat.
What makes humans think they're any better then bears? Every time I see a bear come out on top and maul the crap out of a human I cheer.
ReplyDeleteApparently DC needs more bears then!!!!
DeleteFn dumbass people.....

ReplyDeletethey should trap and tranq the people instead.

DeleteIf they need to put the bear down, it would be fitting for the peanut butter people to have to watch.

In Oregon they'll throw your ass in jail for that shit. You're spot on, Bogs - cheering for the bear is the correct response.
