Suing Firearms Manufacturers

ALBANY, N.Y. — New York State lawmakers passed legislation on Tuesday intended to allow civil lawsuits to be brought against firearm manufacturers and dealers, an attempt to circumvent the broad immunity gun companies currently enjoy under federal law.

There’s a relatively easy way to handle this.  If this gets signed into law in NY, all firearms manufacturers who care about liberty should stop selling firearms to all law enforcement in the state of New York, including federal (FBI, Marshals Service, etc.) and all state, county and city law enforcement.

    Most correct, however those supplying the gestapo fully believe they won’t be eaten or will be last in line. Bad news folks, when shit goes hot, the supply line is a target. -Bert

    ...and there's a relatively easy way for the gov't to get around that ploy - they will just take them. Do you really think you live in a free country?

    Hmm, then the only ones in New York that will still be able to get guns and ammo will be the criminals. Yeah, that will work out well for the morons in Albany.

      Well, those criminals prey on you mundanes, not persons of quality. The more they prey on you, the more you beg us for more police, more laws, and thus the more power and money we get, not counting the payoffs from the criminals. So yeah...

    Seems to me this opens up all manufacturers to be sued due to no fault of their own so let's start using them, fast food and sugary drinks make people fat so, automobiles move drunk people from one bar to another there by causing injuries and even death, etc. What does the most woke business manufacturer, sell or make available to the general public. People don't have to be responsible for their actions the actions of inanimate objects are so make them live with their bullshit and sue their asses into bankruptcy.
