Here they're talking about withholding funds from organizations and institutions. Next, they'll be talking about withholding your funds, money you've earned - your pensions and social security will be held, and your fucking debit cards will suddenly stop working which is going to be a major mistake on their part - you take away a man's ability to care for himself and his family and that man will respond with violence.
I've frequently said that it wont be men coming around with guns to take yours. It will be through the banks, medical insurance etc.
