Court officials have scheduled sentencing for February 14, 2022.  If the court finds that Greenlee is an armed career criminal then he faces up to life in prison, the press release said.

  1. Local TV Stations ( but esp FOX affiliate) have been hammering local judges over last 6 months because multiple repeat offenders keep getting released on signature bond or very low bonds. Often this happens even though they are already out on bond for other crimes and were seen by the same judge. Sadly all to often these repeat offenders murder someone while on their ( 2nd, 3rd, 4th ) bond. As a side note: One man interviewed this morning remarked he thought it interesting that the one time a criminal Did get a high bond he made bond in less than 24 hours and was represented by a public defender ( ie free to him lawyer). If he can afford to make bail on $500K maybe he could pay for his own lawyer.
