They couldn't find a chainsaw anywhere in Queens?

NEW YORK - A bizarre standoff that went on for more than two days in Queens has ended. 
A man wanted in connection with an assault case finally came down from a tree outside of his home on Friday evening.

    Soon they will be able to find chainsaws all over California. But you won't be able to run it because it will be illegal.

    Why no chainsaw?
    Some might argue that a tree is more valuable than the idiot who climbed into it. Eventually the idiot will climb down, or fall out. If he kills himself falling out of the tree, well, problem solved. Either way you still have a tree. Cutting down the tree destroys the tree (obviously) and also opens you up to lawsuit for injuries to said idiot in the tree.
