GOP-appointed judges freeze Biden vaccine requirement after federal lawsuit

A federal appeals court suspended the Biden administration’s new vaccine requirement for private companies, delivering a major blow for one of the White House’s signature attempts to increase the number of vaccinations to corral the pandemic.

    So, if conservatives raise the specter of liberal-appointed judges acting to advance an agenda, we are told that judges only act in accordance with the facts and objective interpretation of the appropriate statutes. But conservative-appointed judges rule contrary to liberal dogma, they are lumped together as ignorant, errant troglodytes. Double standard, anyone?
