What rotten parents that child has. They need the ass beating worse than the ill-bred, poorly raised brat does. (Not that the child doesn't heartily deserve harsh discipline for his ugly, cruel behavior and quickly, because -- as other commenters so aptly pointed out -- that sort of thing only gets worse.)
They could probably use him at a protest in Wisconsin. He'd fit right in.
