Arizona Legislature votes to restrict transgender sports, surgeries

PHOENIX - The Arizona House voted Thursday to ban transgender girls from playing on girls sports teams shortly after passing a bill to ban gender reassignment surgeries for minors.

Republican Gov. Doug Ducey has not said whether he will sign either bill. Two GOP governors this week bucked conservatives in their party and vetoed bills in Indiana and Utah requiring trans girls to play on boys sports teams.

  1. Az politics are a strange mix of good old boys network and some form of masonic/mormon 33rd degree of Ra....Flake, McStain etc... Moved here in 95, firsts, up in Yavapai county and now Maricopa and it's all the same, but there are some good people here fighting the good fight.

  2. The thing I don't understand about this whole kerfluffle is why any genetic woman would push for trannies competing against other genetic females, or even be ok with it. As for the swimming competition, if EVERY genetic female absolutely refuses to get in the pool with frankentrannie, or better yet, refused to swim any competition unless he was banned, that shit would stop and right quick. If some wealthy alumni revoked their donations, that might help too

    1. YOU are correct in the approach; however they are all too afraid of the woke mobs, sheeple GOV reps and others that would join them in totally ruining their lives and driving them to suicide.
