GMTA. I was thinking I'd prefer kinder and gentler tornadoes. But it's not the tornado's fault. I'm sure it had a difficult childhood, the trauma of which was exacerbated by the patriarchy and systemic anti-zephyrism.
This took place about a mile from my sister’s house. About 10 minutes after it happened, she called me to make sure we were alright. I live 40 miles south. Gotta love family! Eod1sg Ret
That's a tornado? No flying cars/buildings/squirrels? Bah, that's a dust devil...
Been watching all these vids of "Vicious" twisters, and they are like all cat 1 events... Media making mountains out of molehills as usual, to promote a global warming narrative. Moore Oklahoma, now THAT was a tornado....
Looked like a very large dust devil to me. Still, one of the reasons I don't shop at those big box stores. They're evil, dontcha know. T'was a sign from God:)
The parking lot was probably cleaner after the tornado. I had to spend two days there last summer. I have been to third world capitals that were cleaner than Austin. There was trash everywhere.

Vicious tornado? I've never seen or been in a Texas tornado, but I don't think this is it.

I guess how you'd describe it depends on if you were in it or not.

DeleteI was just kind of expecting shopping carts, cars and people flying through the air.
