Of the $591,418 in receipts reported by the Ortagus campaign in the FEC first quarter reporting period covers the time period of January 1 through March 31, only $126,477, or 22 percent, came from itemized individual contributions made by Tennessee residents. The average contribution made by the 84 Tennessee residents who donated to the Ortagus campaign was $1,505.
The remaining $464, 941 in receipts reported by the Ortagus campaign, or 78 percent, came from the following out-of-state sources:

Everything about this woman, especially her contributions from Leftist sources, raises suspicions.
Look to Commie Soros and you'll find the Pot-O-Gold.
ReplyDeleteIf I were king, this would be illegal. No out-of-state or even out-of-district contributions would be allowed, though it would be hard to police. According to the Atlanta paper, both Stacey Abrams and Raphael Warnock have received more than 80% of contributions from outside Georgia. The same story says that almost half of Herschel Walker's contributions are from out-of-state. But that's OK. He's on our side.
ReplyDeleteAll elections are national elections. This is how money controls everything.
DeleteI don't live in Ky but I would gladly donate to a true consevative running against Mitch.

ReplyDeleteThis woman reeks of swampiness and her donors confirm it.
ReplyDeleteAnd I don't understand why people think she's so beautiful. Scrub the war paint off her face and take off her expensive clothes and she's just an average broad. I don't get it.
Endorsing her was yet another mistake made by Trump. Sometimes I don't get him either.
Exactly. Pure swamp.
DeleteMost of you people should know better and recognize "hit pieces" when you see them.
ReplyDeleteThe Tennesean is a left wing paper owned and operated by Gannett News, with a couple of conservative oped writers . They are the same people who published legal gun owners names and addresses several years ago in their papers which caused a national uproar.
They own and control more than 100 papers nation wide under various banners, including the Services papers (Army Times, Navy Times etc.).
Trying to say that donors like Pompeo, Sekelow and Grennel are lumped in with left wing donors is flat out crazy.
The article itself states that the four year rule wouldn't apply to Ortegas since she declared her run before the rule was adopted.
Good ole boyz protecting their terrority, with a anti semetic carrying the flag. Then add Gannett going after Trumpers, and you have a coup on the pages of The Tennesean.
You people really need better sources than Gannett and (not very) Nicely.
Even after being redrawn, the 5th Dist doesn't have a snowballs chance in hell of going republican. So calm down with all the carpertbagers labels and check some facts.

I didn't get the article from the Tennesean, it came from the Tennessee Star (if you'd bother to click the link, you'd see that) and I don't see anything but Right wing news in it.
DeleteNow, you have criticized every damned article that I've posted about the carpetbagger which really make me wonder about YOUR politics.
Some people think with there wrong head.

ReplyDeleteI stand corected it was the Tennesse Star and not The Tennessean. Their banner is exactly the same.
ReplyDeleteWhich is also owned by the Gannett chain after a merger..
Gannett Archives - Tennessee Star
Tennessee Star Staff Hedge fund backed Digital First Media, which owns more than 200 newspapers and is known for its draconian cost cutting and job slashing, submitted a bid to buy Gannett for $1.3 billion on Monday.
A differnce without distinction.
There is also this little tid bit......
From Hot Air....
But Gov. Bill Lee effectively pocket-vetoed the bill, allowing the legislation to linger unsigned on his desk past the April 7 candidate filing deadline.
The Secretary of State’s office last week confirmed the requirements cannot be applied retroactively to anyone who qualified by the filing deadline.
So there's that. Also Starbuck meets all the qualifications as a resident since 2019 and has voted in the required number of elections.

Sorry dude, I ain't buying your bullshit.
DeleteTennessee is unfortunately like many other red states going through a large growth cycle. Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Arizona on the western side of the country. Tennessee, Florida and Texas in the south. When people move into an area they always bring the garbage they are running from with them and that ruins the areas of it's original nature. Anyone who has spent time in the mountains of northeastern Tennessee has heard the term " Florida Dot " and that's not a term of appreciation for those who moved from Florida to the mountains.
ReplyDeleteThere's a case in the news about Lori Vallow and Chad Daybell taking place in Idaho, look it up if you don't know what I'm referring to. So being the nosey fucker that I am I started looking into Idaho, surprisingly there's several articles on Idaho turning blue. Boise being the capital and having the state university located there has been seeing a large increase in population, mostly from the hated and much despised, with good reason, california transplants.
I'm sure there is a logical reason for this but the conspiracy theorist in me believes there is something wrong in the innocent assumptions. People like G Soros, T Cook, the Bloombergs and many other ultra rich leftists are not shy about their ideas and spend huge sums of money making their beliefs come true.
OK so I know I went into a rabbit hole here but...... did I ?
