Nashville - AKA San Francisco East

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A non-profit organization, Street Works, handed out clean needles on Thursday at Brookmeade Park. 

Advocates for Reclaim Brookmeade Park said they stopped by the park after a homeless council meeting when they saw a Street Works vehicle.
