Matthew Martin, who testified in his defense, was found not guilty by a federal judge on Wednesday of four misdemeanor charges that he illegally entered the U.S. Capitol and engaged in disorderly conduct after he walked into the building during last year's riot.
And file false imprisonment charges against the federal and state officials involved.
ReplyDeleteAnd what about the "speedy trial" defense. That's just basic yes/no law and your Constitutional right!
ReplyDeleteEvery defense attorney I've ever heard of will advise his client to waive that Right. It gives the attorney time to gather evidence. The State already has what it considers evidence, the evidence used for your warrant.
