A Feel-Good Story to end your day

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--A Tennessee good Samaritan and a Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) trooper teamed up to help a dog which was trapped in the heat with a fractured pelvis.

Cleveland resident Kaye Fiorello shared her story on social media on Wednesday, saying with temps around 95 degrees and a heat index even higher, she was driving up I-75 when she passed a trooper and minutes later saw the pup in a ditch by one of the exit signs.

Wait, it gets better.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — An injured dog rescued from the side of Interstate 75 by a THP trooper and good Samaritan last week, will soon have a new home.

Trooper Tudor is now adopting the dog.

  4. Tuder was a helluva football player in his time. He was a trooper in Crossville when I first met him as a Medic prior to him being transferred to the Chattanooga district. Lost track of him but very descent guy...He was a take no Bullshit Trooper.

  5. That dog will be immensely loyal and loving until the end of its days. Animals know when someone has saved their life. Tudor is an example of a fine man, and deserves his new friend.

  6. THP trooper Tudors may not be as angelic as these stories make him sound.
Suffice to say, I'm glad I never got pulled over for speeding on his turf. He appears to be just another 'Only One'.

    1. If you don’t speed or run drugs you got nothing to worry about. Unless you have warrants or tags not up to date, or maybe a tail light out, or the famously I pulled you over because you did not signal your lane change. Not to mention from what I’ve seen on the news is that only black peoples are pulled over and summarily shot for doing nothing.
