Pastors, activists call on Gov. Lee to hold special session on gun control
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — The fight over stricter gun laws following the mass shootings in Uvalde, Texas, and Buffalo, New York, continued on Wednesday at the Tennessee State Capitol.
Anti-gun activists and a group of pastors gathered outside Gov. Bill Lee’s office to call for a special legislative session to repeal the permitless carry bill and ban semi-automatic assault weapons.
Luke 22:36-37 KJV Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: u and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one.
On April 19, 1775, when Capt. Parker said, You men with arms, follow me; you without arms go to the meeting house to supply yourselves, he was talking of the house of God. The meeting house was the church building.
That same building still stands. Sadly, it is now occupied with evildoers mockingly called the Universal church.
I advise punting any church/religion. Most are agents of the US gov't ('IRS 501c3' ring a bell?). They are fallen, 'super-deceivers', and preach an incomplete or plainly false gospel. Increasingly, they are sharing resources, facilities, and, of course, money. And, they are using these gifts against us and against Freedom. If you support any one 'good' church, you are supporting evil ones.
You don't need a church to read the Bible for yourself; and, you don't need any religion to communicate/intercede with G*D on your behalf. Skip their 'worship'/'devotion'/service', and put that money which you were gonna donate to them back into your own pocket.
How nice of you to lump them all together. So you've had a bad experience in what, one or two churches, so you've condemned them all? You've obviously never met or heard of Damion Kyle, the pastor of Calvary Chapel of Modesto. I've heard him call out the government many, many times over the bullshit they pull.

If my pastor were in that mob outside Gov. Bill Lee’s office, he'd never see me in his church again.
ReplyDeleteAMEN!
DeleteMy Pastor just bought a better .45 from me. My church would not be a good place to attack. Lots of armed worshipers.

You can always count on useful idiots to act like useful idiots.

I'm surprised that pussy Lee didn't fall down & kiss their asses. And no, I didn't vote for that piece of shit.

Take the guns but leave us rope, and whips, and crossbows and spears, and some wooden crosses and iron spike.
