Black Lives Matter activist Shaun King threatened to inflict "pain" on two New York Post reporters in a series of posts to his millions of followers on Wednesday.
"I know where you live. Where you used to live. Where your family lives. Where they work," King wrote in Instagram posts directed to New York Post reporters Kevin Sheehan and Isabel Vincent. "And a few thousand other people know now as well."
Wanna bet the Eff Bee Eye does nothing about it? They've got time to investigate parents who protest at school board meetings and publish lists of militia and white supremacist symbols, but won't investigate or charge this slug.
It's so odd. If you threaten a BLM activist in this manner, expect a tactical team to breach your house at 5AM, and if you survive that, expect to spend however many months awaiting a trial with no bail granted, and then maybe a federal grand jury decides to take your life apart one bit at a time with no oversight and no legal recourse available to you.

Rules must be different for BLM. Here I was thinking that communicating a threat was illegal.

ReplyDeleteMaking terrorist threats is justification for invoking Rule 308.
ReplyDelete"...a few thousand other people know as well." So this wuss doesn't even have the balls to threaten anyone personally. What an absolute girl's blouse.
