"HOW'S IT FEEL? HUH? DOES IT FEEL GOOD???"

OLIVEHURST, Calif. — Two parents have been arrested in Yuba County accused of attacking a principal of a high school after their student was injured in a fight.

The violent incidents happened two weeks ago on and near Lindhurst High School in Olivehurst and, according to the Yuba County Sheriff's Office, one incident led to another.

  1. I'm wondering if there was a shitton of bullying that preceded the beatdown, which the principal treated with 'a stern warning' and "this will show up in your 'permanent record'
    (Ooooh!)

  3. Not until the principal was attacked was security added. And still mainly just for the principal. Kids can do whatever.

  4. So, now they protect the office staff. What about the students?

  5. Just once, just one time I would like to see a principal simply say, "We ain't putting up with this shit."

  6. Lots of males packed together in what effectively amounts to a precursor to the prison system (cells and bells) should be expected to fight. Although I do expect there to be a system in place to project those that want nothing to do with establishing the pecking order.

Usually "authority" figures don't care about bullying, they just don't want anyone rocking the boat and punish those that report the bullying. Might be someone to tribe up with, might not be; who wants the victim's problems as their own?

"The fight, was so bad, the sheriff's office said, one of the kids needed to go to the hospital for treatment." Sounds like like a m8 had to go through in his years, broken ribs, hospital bills, etc. Happened to someone else the next year after the school got sued and that kid ended up dying.

Hard to find any institution in the USA that hasn't rotted out entirely. Private school or nothing.
