NOOO!!! NOT THE DOGS TOO!!!

Authorities say a man and his three dogs were struck by a vehicle and killed early Thursday morning while walking in downtown Los Angeles.

    Article doesn't address basic news items. Specifically, were the man and his dogs "safely crossing the street" (AKA jaywalking)? Were they crossing at a crosswalk and the driver ran the red light? Did the driver go up on the sidewalk and take them down?
