Well, this is shocking...

The new rule will require a Congressional majority to obtain Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) protected under the Bank Secrecy Act.

The decision by the Treasury Department was discovered after House Oversight Committee ranking member James Comer, R-Ky, requested a SARs for Hunter Biden. His request was rejected on the grounds that he didn’t have the backing of a Congressional majority.

  2. Dumb asses, many rules are actually in place, or they used to be, to protect the rights and work of the minority party. Dems love the 'minorities' unless they are conservatives.

  3. And when the Republicans ARE in the majority, the SARs will be 'unavailable' because...the dog ate them? ...they forgot them at home?...there ARE no SARs?...all of the above?

    1. Because, uh...it doesn't rise to the level of a felony without evidence.

Because, uh...no prosecutor would bring such a ridiculous charge to trial.

Because, uh...in may involve a sitting president.

Because, uh...national security. That's the ticket! That always works.

  5. Sure makes me squirrelly about the legitimacy of the midterms and 2024. Our civility let them build their own mafia. May they rot in hell.
