Nothing good ever happens on Mission Street, trust me

A man who was shot at a San Francisco Safeway on Saturday was a security guard trying to stop a shoplifter, the San Francisco Police Department said on Monday. The victim suffered life-threatening gunshot wounds.

And this wasn't even on the really scummy part of Mission.

    As a warning to their customers, they should rename the store UN-SAFE-WAY. Apparently the guard did NOT get the memo about letting California criminals steal openly and get away with it.
