What are some of the most stupid self-mistakes that could cost you your freedom? Well, these all relate to fear (or lack thereof). Armed Attorneys Emily Taylor and Richard Hayes detail the 4 stupid (and avoidable) self-defense mistakes that could land you in a prison cell.
VIDEO HERE (11:18 minutes)
I like their talk and I think Emily Taylor is a hottie.
ReplyDeleteMaybe even hotter than Taylor Swift, huh?
DeleteFor sure!
ReplyDeleteGood input, thanks for this.
ReplyDeleteNeither one of them look old enough to have had enough time practicing law to get much experience in defending self defense cases. Despite the publicity such cases are not exactly everyday opportunities for lawyers to be involved with.
ReplyDeleteThey're both in their late 30s or early 40s I believe, and they both work for law firms that specialize in 2A cases in southern Texas. I don't recall what firm Richard works for, but Miss Emily is a partner in hers.
Deletesooooo, seems you're implying because they may be "young" (relative term) - you're going to IGNORE their advice??
DeleteWell that is just fking stupid. Do scientists or doctors say I'm going to ignore all who learned things before me so I can learn on my own??
Seriously - think about what you are implying. OTOH, if they said some really stupid shit then you'd have a point - I watched it and can see they gave excellent advice (full disclosure, I've watched several of their vids since I first saw Kenny post one - I did my due diligence on their expertise and endorse watching their vids because you will learn some important lessons).
just my opinion
ch
I watch every one - even the ones that Miss Emily wasn't in due to her short maternity leave a few months ago.
DeleteGood stuff but all 4 items seems like just basic common sense.
ReplyDeleteGood video - thank you.
ReplyDeleteAny chance of getting Ms. Emily on your "I'm Sure She's Taken" posts?
ReplyDeleteSo, call 911, stay hidden, act terrified and no laughing at the corpes in the vesitbule. No sweat GI. Good instructions.
