  2. I notice no political affiliation is mentioned so I'll assume he's a Democrat.

    1. I've been trying to confirm this, but have not found any listing of his political affiliation. His LinkedIn page does not show it. I don't know if it's possible to access his voter registration. It's possible that news outlets didn't report his political affiliation because they did not find one!

He has never sought elected office, but has been an assistant DA in three counties: Oklahoma County (includes Oklahoma City), Logan County (includes suburbs north of Oklahoma City), and Payne County (includes Oklahoma State University in Stillwater). All three of these counties lean Republican, but sometimes elect a Democrat, which makes them pretty liberal for Oklahoma. So he is either apolitical, or keeping his head down politically to reduce his chances of being fired whenever the county DA loses an election to the other party.

  4. I don't know anything about this guy, and he could be guilty as hell, but as Saber 7 says, I also assume "they" have the ability to surreptitiously place anything "they" want on any electronic device.

  5. From the article:

"He has been booked on one count of Aggravated Possession of Child Pornography and one count of Violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act."

Usually we hear about these things and there are hundreds, if not thousands of images on the computer. When they say here one count does that mean one image, one file, one victim?
