Men sentenced in FBI plot to kidnap Governor Whitmer
Three men who forged an early alliance with the leader of a plot to kidnap Michigan's governor were sentenced Thursday to lengthy prison terms.
Pete Musico was given a minimum term of 12 years and his son-in-law, Joe Morrison, got 10 years. A third man, Paul Bellar, was sentenced to seven years at the same hearing in Jackson County, Missouri.
Sooo, the Eff Bee Eye entrapped these guys, but they got convicted anyway. What, did the judge not allow the entrapment evidence as prejudicial to the .gov's case?
Does this mean they lose their fbi pensions?
