Greenway Trail Cottages Eli Steele got back from a weekend trip to Miami on Tuesday to make the shocking discovery.

When we were moving back to Georgia in 2011, every house we looked at I'd ask the agent about HOA's and covenants. The agent seemed to feel that such things didn't exist in this small county but we're adjacent to Athens and they want to be Portland. There's a certain amount of bleed through of Democrats from there.

At a certain point, I became president of the HOA...not to wield power, but to ensure the HOA would do only the bare minimum (maintain common areas, pool, tennis courts, etc.) I ensured that the HOA went after NO ONE for stupid crap like this...although I was pressured by some, who I promptly told to F OFF!
ReplyDeleteI know what it's like to not have enough money for food. I remember skipping meals so there would be enough for my wife and child. I have a good sense of humor, but there is nothing funny about starving. Our government are working hard to bring us to a point where we don't have enough food or energy to live decently. This is how they are turning our first world country into a broke dick shit hole. But why not ... we white devils have had it too good for too long eh? Fuck that I will go down shooting before I let the cocksuckers of the left starve me.

ReplyDeleteThat is pretty shirty of the HOA. You'd think if they had ants in their pants about it, they could just call a mobile mechanic to come fix the flat for $100, and send the guy a bill.
