Again, it's a good thing overall crime is down in NYC

NEW YORK - Some Chase ATMs in the city are no longer available around-the-clock. 

Chase Bank announced that various ATM vestibules will be closed at the same time as the branches due to rising crime and vagrancy.

    Crime is down because it is not being reported. DA has made it clear that the police station is a revolving door. Criminal go in and right out. Whoever reports them is taking the life in their hands.
