La Vergne police chief fired amid sex scandal investigation

LA VERGNE, Tenn. (WZTV) — The La Vergne police chief has been fired after a sexual misconduct investigation.

Police Chief Burrel “Chip” Davis was terminated from his position effective Monday, the City of La Vergne reports.
