DeleteMark Wahlburg has a felony conviction, and they get around that by having him handle prop (fake) guns, not the real thing. So yes, you could see that slimy bastidge Baldwin acting like he's shooting people on film again if he gets convicted by using fake guns.

DeleteIn moviemaking, "prop" doesn't mean "fake", it's merely short for "property". Everything you see in a film is a prop except the clothes, and they're handled by Wardrobe. Some prop guns are fully functioning firearms used for special scenes. Brandon Lee was killed with one on the set of "The Crow".
