Arkansas governor signs watered down restrictions on ‘adult’ performances

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders signed into law new restrictions on “adult-oriented” performances Friday in a bill that originally targeted drag shows but was scaled back following complaints it discriminated against the LGBTQ community.

  3. Took a page out of the Tennessee Legislature's playbook.
"That's all we can get this year; we'll comeback next year and try for more."

  5. ... and Sanders was being billed as the conservative/GOP hope for the future?

She can shut up now. She's a JAR, Just Another Rino. If she had any balls, she would have vetoed the bill and told the legislature to either come back with one that didn't kowtow to the woke mob or be gone.

I just love the Republicans in this country. They scream for power. When they get it they don't know shit from shinola on how wield it.

Demonrats know. They do what they want and stand there and say "Oh, you don't like it? Sue me. In the mean time, I'll do what I want." Just like Bribem with his money for votes student bail out EO and others that haven't been sued over.

This EO stuff never should have been allowed to get off the ground in the first place. The legislature makes law. The executive executes those laws or vetoes them, it doesn't make law.

I know I'm preaching to the choir.

LMAO, they said the same thing in SC about Lindsey Graham when he ran for US Senator and we all know how that turned out.
