Nashville Florist Touts Turning Down Work from Republicans over Gun Control

A flower shop in Nashville is publicly bashing the Republican National Committee (RNC) after the RNC asked it to provide floral arrangements for an upcoming event.

In an Instagram post, FLWR Shop in Nashville explained that it would not do business with the RNC due to the RNC’s pro-Second Amendment stance.

  1. And in Colorado bakers get sued for refusing to bake cakes for Alphabet people.
Time for the RNC to sue.

  4. Obviously, FLWR can afford to turn down a huge order. My problem with this is they want others who might not have the capital to follow suit. Pretty stupid … but then, the are libs so there’s that.

  5. If a baker gets his pants sued off because he would prefer not to bake a cake for a couple of lesbians it seems that turnabout would be fair play here. The RNC should get its legal team to work on this immediately.

    1. But the republicans that make the decisions at that level are democrats. So nothing is happening there.

  6. I have no problem with this. Private business can choose who they service. Just like the Christian Baker who wouldn't bake a cake for the queers. Of course the media will support the florist & vilify Christians.

  8. I kind of recall a wedding cake and a bake shop a few back, something about discrimination. Fair play.

  10. I believe if she ran a liquor store she might have a different opinion. Nobody wants to rob a flower shop.

  11. They are a private shop so that's fine, the RNC takes their business else where and puts a small card on each arrangement so that everyone at the event knows which florist is worthy of their patronage and who isn't.

Something tells me that it wasn't just the 2A thing that started this though.
