FOUR years already and they still haven't tried him?

WESTMORELAND, Tenn. (WKRN) — Thursday marks four years since dispatchers answered a 911 call that unfolded into what is now known as Tennessee’s deadliest serial homicide.

The call led investigators with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) to a home on Charles Brown Road in Westmoreland, where they found four bodies and a severely injured woman. However, that was just the beginning. Four more bodies would be discovered in the hours and days following.

Westmoreland's a small town about 10 miles to the west of us. I pass through there several times a week going back and forth to Lisa's parents in Portland.

  2. From the article:
"The probation officer did not have a chance to get the warrant signed by a judge Friday, according to Whitley."

    Did not have the chance.
    Right.
The PO had ALL dam day.
Except for the 3 hour lunches that all gov't employees are known for.
That PO should be an accessory before the fact.
If that PO had done their job those 8 people might not be dead.
Maybe someone should visit that PO and see to it that their knees never function properly again.

    1. I notice things. You could even call me a noticer.
Now just for the sake of argument, imagine there exists a imbedded nationwide surveillance network. They would infiltrate all hiring positions on all criminal justice areas. This stuff isn't incompetence.

    2. Probation violations are generally not considered high priority. I sat for five hours one time waiting on a judge. He was dealing with a domestic incident involving small children.
Yes they screwed up on this one. It might be the PO's fault or the judge may have been busy.
