PAULS VALLEY, Okla. (KFOR) — A puppy is recovering at the vet after a city employee in Oklahoma allegedly stabbed it in the head with a butter knife, but now the owner doesn’t know how she’ll pay the vet bill to get the dog back.
“Who does that?” said Misty Harrison, the dog’s owner.
I agree "Who does that?" Stake that person out over a fire ant mound and let nature take it's course.
ReplyDeleteI(f it was my dog, the dog stabbing motherfucker would have long been cold.
ReplyDeleteMy dog is my best friend.

Absolutely cruel! The dogs were separated so move on.
ReplyDeleteHere's the website of the PVPD, I think they need to change their motto. Maybe something along the lines of "Sorry, we only got two officers". https://pvpd.net/
ReplyDeleteThey keep the dog until they can pay? WTF? And the bill gets added to? What happens if they can never pay? I'm sure they don't board dogs indefinitely. That's fishy as fuck. Sure, they apparently performed the surgery without being paid upfront, but that doesn't give them the right to hold the animal hostage and charge them for the privilege. If they fail to pay, that's what small claims court and collections agencies are for.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a "mechanic's lien" doesn't it?
Deleteuse a spoon.....
ReplyDeleteJust spitballin here but how's about grinding up the Whole and selling it as Dog food to raise the cash?
ReplyDeleteOnce they get back up to the full two-officer force, they should go and take away the two dogs he owns.
ReplyDeletePeople who hurt the defenseless (Children, the Elderly, and Animals); there is little chance they get the punishment they deserve in this life. I've only had to step in once; it ended painfully for the perp. But, as a Christian, I firmly believe that God will meet out Righteous Justice upon all such "people". "Vengeance is Mine, saith the Lord, I will repay" Romans 8:19. It will happen in His time though. Revelation 19:1-3
ReplyDelete"Vengeance is Mine, saith the Lord, I will repay" Romans 8:19 This is true, but sometimes it's necessary to arrange the meeting.
DeleteAlways respect a man that keeps his thumb warm and lubricated.
DeleteYou mess with my dogs and they won't find your body.
ReplyDeleteKarma has no expiration date wait for it......
ReplyDeleteMight I suggest a butter knife?
ReplyDeleteVet bills are insane now. $300 for my new dog to get his first shots and tick meds for the year. Then, he decided to eat some gum off the ground (because it turns out he's an asshole like that) and that was another $300 and a late night emergency visit to a vet across town, just to make him puke it up. And the alternative to that would have been a dead dog, his blood sugar was already crashing.
I see the article mentions a GoFundMe. This sadly is medical insurance these days. With any publicity I don't think she'll have any trouble covering the bill.
Why isn't the guy who did the stabbing responsible for the vet bill and any asscociated rehab costs?
