Gov. Lee responds to Covenant families on shooter’s writings
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — When asked how he would respond to Covenant School families who want to keep the shooter’s so-called “manifesto” private on Tuesday, Gov. Bill Lee said he continues to “believe Tennesseans need clarity.”
I hate these politicians. So you'll try to ram another gun reform bill through before anyone knows what's in the manifesto? Just release the manifesto and then let's take a look at what is appropriate for any type of gun reform. You might just find that you are penalizing the wrong people. Maybe we should just not let a Tranny have a weapon because the manifesto might show that she/he was/is/are friggen nutjobs. But why use common sense? Just release the damn thing... the Truth will set you free.!!
The only gun reform that is needed is the removal of all legislation that inhibits the Second Amendment.
That aside, the state should release the shooters manifesto so parents know what people of a similar ilk as the shooter might be thinking or planning. That would allow them to make what could be very important decisions about their families.
"Clarity"? Just weasel-words from a politician who will "never let a crisis go to waste" and is pushing an agenda. They want us all disarmed. Any excuse will do.
How inconvenient for them that transgenders show themselves as unstable, dangerous people who will kill our children to fulfill their own violent fantasies. The writings of their latest wind-up toy do not support "The Narrative". They will never release those items it they can get away with it.
Reading between the lines, it sounds like some of the families were named by name, possibly even described in great detail. The families don't want it published for fear another crazed tranny (redundant, I know) decides to take up where the first psycho left off. If that's the case, I sympathize with keeping the manifesto under wraps.
"You cant see actual footage of war because you might be so repulsed by it you won't support it anymore".

ReplyDeleteSo redact the names. Not like the Govt doesn't know how to redact information in a document. Especially when it's important to someones innocence.
DeleteI am surprised someone close to the investigation has not "leaked" some or all of the writings. They do it in DC and NY all the time - why not TN?
ReplyDeleteprobably doesn't fit the narrative
