Nashville pop station changes format to..... pop country
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A popular radio station has pulled the plug on pop music after providing Nashville listeners with the top hits for the past 13 years.
My wife insists on listening to pop country whenever we get in the truck. I think they play the same three songs over and over again or something. It sounds like I'm hearing Madonna songs with occasional steel guitars and a southern accent here and there. It's garbage. It's a good thing I'm half deaf or I'd be really irritated.
My son and I went to dinner at a local joint in CT last Sat.. They had Kareoke going in the bar. We got to hear Willie Nelson sing "Sugar Sugar" by the Archies. This world's gone to hell. Jpaul
May I suggest:

Only about half mentioned, I even know much about. But better than the degenerate modern crap.
ReplyDeleteIt's not a format change. It's just a different play list.
