I remember as a kid my parents would open my bedroom door to let my best mate our Alsatian x into the room to nudge and lick my face to get me up. One morning I woke to the bed being shaken and I thought it was my dad giving me the hint to get up, 'yeah ok' I said only to open my eyes and the door was shut. I'd experienced my first earthquake
HouseCat #3 zooms around the place every morning about 5:00 AM, leaps up and lands on me with all four feet. Pauses briefly to make sure I'm awake, then blasts off for another round or three. I reluctantly get up to feed him. He then snoozes for most of the day.
Mommy..!!..Mommy….!!

It's not quite the same when it's 25lbs. of excited dog. My dog Bobby sleeps with us and when my wife starts waking up he gives her that treatment.
ReplyDeleteThe puppy alarm!
ReplyDeleteGood Boy!
ReplyDeleteThis just proves me right that puppies are selfish, evil, monsters...
