Hell, I thought it was funny

A revoked Nevada license plate that was meant to “drive away” Californians is getting one last chance to go back on the streets.
The plate — which reads “GOBK2CA,” short for “Go back to California” — was recalled by the state Department of Motor Vehicles in May after it received a complaint, KOLO-TV first reported. Now the vehicle owner is appealing the recall and will have a hearing on Wednesday, according to the Reno-area news station.

  1. Looks to me like the Nevada DMV is staffed with a bunch of pussies. They recall a vanity plate because of one whiney-ass complaint? If the appeal fails perhaps the owner can get "FKNVDMV" instead.

  2. On what grounds the revocation ? No profanity. no singling out an individual and how would anyone take offense, especially if you just moved from California 'cause of issues. You like California - stay there !

    Try and stick to their guns unless legal cost becomes ridiculous. Quite frankly, the lawsuit just gives 'Go Back' even more public exposure. Should have just kept their mouths shut - how many REALLY pay that much attention to license plates anyway ?

    1. How many pay attention?
      Those who work 7*24 looking for things to be offended about, you know, people like Aunt Jemima and Uncle Ben who lost their jobs and have nothing better to do with their time.
      🤔🤔🤔😇😇😇😂😂😂

    3. I'm always checking out the vanity plates. It's fun to decipher them.
      One couple had "HNTMDN" and "NKILLM" for their tags. If I ever bother to get one it will be "PB FT".
      Several years back Virginia was in an uproar because somebody had a Children First "special Cause tag with"EAT THE " for their tag. So;
      EAT THE
      Children First.

  3. Fuck their regs. First amendment protects "offensive" speech.
