SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Drivers through downtown Loomis have noticed a new sign that serves as a stern message to illegal fentanyl dealers.

"WARNING: Selling fentanyl in Placer County may result in a murder charge," both sides of a banner reads stretched overhead of Taylor Road.
