The lawsuit was originally filed against Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) by the National Center for Lesbian Rights (NCLR) on behalf of three Arizona families, and the court’s decision means its eventual ruling will now “apply to all transgender individuals born in Arizona” who wish to change their birth certificate to reflect their chosen gender identity.

Besides MALE or FEMALE, they only need to add one more option- FAG. That would be the ONLY gender category on a birth certificate which anyone would be allowed to switch to

Didja hear that folks?! Once they allow "class action lawsuits" to change the gender of your birth, you will soon be able to change the YEAR, MONTH, and DAY of your birth, so as to better reap from the government dole as much filthy lucre as possible!

Soon, you'll always be able to draw "retirement" or "survivors benefits" from places like Social Security, police unions(if a parental unit paid into it), school unions too, and "The Government" retirement systems aplenty just to name a few!
And best of all- You can be either too young or too old for the Selective Service to draft your conniving asses! Win-Win-Win!
