HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - One mother is facing numerous charges after she used her own daughter as a human shield following a high speed pursuit, officials said.
35-year-old Tenescha Henry is charged with evading arrest/detention with vehicle, endangering a child, and fraudulent use/possession of identifying information.
I believe since the original crime was not committed in Harris County they cannot charge her for it in that county. The original officers will need to charge in the place of origin of the crime.
Tenescha , that says it all.
ReplyDeleteI wonder , Is that an Irish name ?
DeleteNo, if it were Irish it'd be O'Tenescha
DeleteI thought dark-skinned individuals were unable to obtain identifying documentation.
ReplyDeleteGo ahead, waste one. We'll make more.
ReplyDeleteI knew her race when I saw "Harris County, Texas".......
ReplyDeleteAnother Guess the Race where the answer is obvious from the article without seeing pics.
ReplyDeleteSomebody should tell the news lady she has a tick next to her nose.
ReplyDeleteNotice she's not being charged with the suspected theft which set this whole thing into motion.
ReplyDeleteAll that she is being charged came after they gave chase.
Its akin to being arrested for resisting arrest.
Cops have to do better. I think she'll beat the rap.

DeleteI’m beginning to think this Houston/Harris County thread should be merged with the Florida thread. Texorida or Floridexas.
