That's probably a felony charge, even if it is in California

A woman accused of setting fire to a Target store in Orange County was arrested on Tuesday.

An investigation determined the suspect had intentionally set the fire in an attempt to cause a distraction that would allow her to steal baby formula, police said.

    Did any of the things that burned up cost more than $950? If no, then she's free. And remember, a pair of $1000 shoes is only $500 per shoe.

    She'll plead down to an illegal campfire and will be at CVS picking up her formula that same day.
