A southern Kentucky woman is facing charges in connection to her own mother’s death.
Sheriff’s deputies in Pulaski County say 67-year-old Karen McDonald died the day after she finally received care after her daughter left her lying on the floor of their home for weeks.
We had some people transfer to our data center from Cincinnati due to downsizing. I understand that Cincinnati is heaven on earth, but the way they talked about Kentucky, across the river, was similar to the way Cleveland people talked about Bohemians.

ReplyDeleteMy mother grew up not far from there. Things didn't always used to be that way.
ReplyDeleteI went to Jr High/High School just south of there in Wayne County. Things certainly weren’t like that in the’80s.
