    I knew a state trooper in texas that did weight and measures. He said the law stated something must be between the driver and the load of a flat bed trailer. The law did not say what. So they could tape a piece a paper up on the cab and meet the law. For this picture... you wearing a harness.. yes. Are you anchored at the peak.... yes.
