It is not always our responsibility to step in and correct or direct to people. Nor is there any need for us to take it personal when someone does not heed our advice. One of the things that we need to do in life is to be able to determine in a given situation whether we need to step in and say something, we need to step in and stop something or we just need to stand back and enjoy the show.
