Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito on Friday issued another stay of an injunction blocking the Biden administration from encouraging social media companies to censor speech.

  1. WTF does this mean? At first I thought this was a good thing that blocked Biden's attempt to restrict free speech. After reading the article, I see where Biden WANTS the stay....."giving the justices more time to consider the Biden administration’s request for a longer stay on the injunction and to take up the case"

  2. I don't understand how it is not perfectly clear that the Constitution precludes the federal government's interference with free speech of the citizens. This should have been a no-brainer, but then, somehow the Constitution is no longer applicable to most FedGov overreach and interference with citizen's conduct.
