Teachers Across the Country are Quitting Due to Student Violence

All across the country, school teachers are beginning to resign due to a rising fear of violence from students, with many acts largely going unpunished by authorities.

As reported by the New York Post, student behavior has gotten progressively worse after the Chinese Coronavirus pandemic, with fights breaking out more frequently, and some altercations leading to teachers sustaining injuries in the process of trying to break up the fighting.

  1. It isn't so much the Chinkavirus as the districts refusing to discipline students in any meaningful way. By not punishing bad behavior (mostly from one demographic) they can't be accused of racism by the usual race-baiting hucksters.

    1. Same same in the DoD. God help you if you try to apply the regs evenly, especially to some degenerate GO's unbeknown, alleged, probable side piece. They should come with warning labels... oh, wait... they already do.

  2. Remember folks, even though this is happening in predominantly-black schools, race has NOTHING to do with it.

  3. Heck, look at the Democrat controlled cities. They don't punish the "usual teen suspects" for robbing, looting, shooting and stealing so why would the "usual teen" scholars act any different?

  4. If the animals want separate graduations (maybe all of 4 in any school actually graduates), then they can have separate learning environments. Animal teachers only for the animals only students. What's old is new again. I went to school in NY 100% animal free and not in a rural area. It was a public school. Then the animals appeared and literally destroyed the education system. Home schooling is the only answer. Any family that does not home school is committing child abuse.

    1. I endured home school and I would never subject my (potential future) kids to such abuse. I had no friends outside of the internet, little social interaction, and was suck on the "farm" for essentially my entire childhood. Fuck that. Home school is a great way to set kids up to be social failures and rejects. Rote memorization of useless information is only one aspect of school, learning how to interact with others, read social cues, etc. is another that is overlooked.

Homeschooling is viable only if kids also have access to art classes, LAN parties, hunting clubs, or otherwise have some means to interact with their own peer group without parents helicoptering over them all the time.

    2. That's it, condemn the whole concept because you think your parents fucked you up. How liberal of you to do so.
Let me ask you this: did you ever consider going outside and doing things instead of playing on the internet?

    3. As the old line says, parents who home school their kids can teach them the same socialization skills by beating them up and stealing their lunch money. Being socialized by uncontrolled little savages is not something our nation needs any more of.

    4. My daughter was home schooled. She had outside activities and friends. She is a college graduate and successful business woman.

      Sorry your results varied.

    5. Sounds like personal issues to me....but then, a bath once in a while might solve everything....kidding....in my son's home schooling environment, it was made available for him to participate in sports, and various other activities at local schools....

    6. The public school system you pay taxes to support must allow your homeschooled student to engage all extra curricular activities' A State champion gymnast was homeschooled and represented by a local high school years ago.

  6. My mother taught in high school in the 90's. Her classes then were "diverse" and out of control with no discipline. She started subbing in the prisons and had the best behaved classes possible. The convicts didn't want to fuck up their gig, getting to avoid work or getting out of their cells. Another incentive, they could get a serious ass beating for acting a fool in class.

  7. My sister finally retired from teaching. She had K thru 4 under her belt over the years of mainly white farm kids, recently overrun by south-of-the-border types. She hated it at the end. Said teachers were severely restricted on how they could deal with the kids, who just ran wild with no support from parents.

  9. Get the government out of education and you'll get crime out of schools. Yes, it's that simple.

    1. The State of Oregon has dropped Math, Science and Reading from its HS graduation requirements (why and for who you ask?). It would be easier to just give them a diploma the 1st day and allow the serious students a chance at an education.

  10. I know multiple teachers who were attacked. The school always takes the side of the student and admonishes the teacher, unless the teacher fights back, in which case the teacher is fired.
Here is the story of me being attacked:

I was told that I would need to go to anger management after I got attacked by a student in my classroom. That’s why we teachers were told that because 30% of the student body was black, but 50% of referrals were written against black students meant that we were racists.

Then there is the story of the elderly, disabled librarian being attacked.

In my case, after I was forced to resign, the school filed a complaint against me and attempted to have my teaching license revoked. I had to hire a lawyer to defend myself in the hearing.

  11. Failure to home school is close to a crime. Your children have far better opportunities to learn away from the idiotic distraction public education has become. A friend of mine homeschooled two daughters. They excelled beyond belief. The human mind craves learning, particularly during the youthful years. They were able to expand their knowledge based on THEIR abilities, not some doctrine decided by the district of crooks. Incredible young ladies, that can shoot, ride, cook, mother, and hang a doctorate on the wall. Based on their desire to learn, and better themselves, shackled only by their own limitations, which don't exist. My friend says it's a mortal sin to NOT homeschool. I agree.

  12. Have a friend who was VP of school for abused children, had students try to hit him many times. 3rd degree blackbelt and to best of my knowledge none ever landed a punch. He would not hit back, his point being these kids had been taught violence was only means of acting, not even taught it as a means of solving a problem. They were so dysfunctional even hitting them to teach them a lesson would not teach them anything. Part of his job was to teach them how to interact with normal human society.

  13. Zoo animals need pens and zoo keepers. These young africans don’t want to be in schrul and don’t want to learn. Stop even trying. Let them starve if they don’t work. Shoot them if they misbehave, AKA break laws.

Close the border, and expel the illegals, all of them.

  14. Punishment - in school suspension - which means no punishment. Free breakfast & lunch (not free to the taxpayers) and stare at the clock like every other day. Aren't we paying these people to feed they're own families? Do we deduct the cost of the free meals from the food stamps?

  15. We homeschool. It is shocking how many former public schoolteachers have set up classrooms in their garages or basements or dining rooms to teach homeschoolers a day or two a week

  18. relaxed discipline, and relaxed enforcement of rules, lack of consequences . . . . . and teachers are saying “I’ve had enough of this crap”.

Who could have seen THAT coming ?

  20. They should NEVER have removed the option of corporal punishment. If some of those little shits had been paddled in grade school, they'd have learned how to behave by the time they hit middle school or high school. Once they reach a certain point, they are untrainable.

  21. I retired a few years back and then got a retirement job as a school bus driver since I had a CDL. I drove the bus for 3 years. High School: no discipline problems but girls will change clothes on the bus. Fully clothed getting on and off the bus at the bus stop but dressed like a slut at school. Elementary School: You got to keep your thumb on them, call them by their name, and they will love you. Middle School: They are going through puberty. Sexual hazing, bullying, mayhem, and 13/14 year old girls flashing their gash to the bus driver with parents not giving a shit about what their kid does. I had to quit before I got hit with perversion charges. I haven't been interested in 13/14 year old nookie since I was 14.
