Where bad choices make good stories
I’ve never seen a twist-off on a German beer bottle. By the way, many of my Friends here in the US carry a bottle opener on their key ring.
Would Germans leave a bench unpainted so long that it started to rot and rust? Al_in_Ottawa
I guess you would need a lot of beer to live there.
Zieg Heil. Back when I was in Krautland 50+ years ago bringing a 6 pack on the train was mandatory. For aged Fraus a necessity.
I can use a Bic lighter to open a beer bottle. Or a lot of other things if need be.I have even used a 50 cent piece once. Now I just drink maybe one can a month, so it is not a big deal.
2 years in Germany. 91-94, first gulf war. Best beer ever, and women. Oh to be 19 again. Todd near Denver
I was wait the Berlin Brigade in ‘93. I agree with your comments.
What'sa problem? I must have 20 of those things scattered all around my house, garage, barn and property. Even got one up in the hayloft.
