The incident occurred near the W Hillcrest Dr & Industrial Dr intersection, the first call coming into 911 at 10:24 AM.
According to officials, the female (in her 40s) may have been homeless and somehow ended up in the middle of the railroad tracks and lost consciousness. Officials believe she likely had a medical emergency and had the unfortunate timing to end up in between the tracks.
